Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in deployment coordination or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proven experience in identifying and resolving scheduling and coordination issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster harmonious relationships
  • Detail orientated

Responsibilities

  • Enter new work orders and monitor progress, validating the quality of work submitted through the application
  • Support end users of the application as needed, including introducing the application to new and existing users as new features and functionality are released
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure submissions meet client needs and assist in modifications as needed
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tasks and expectations are met
  • Assist in the development of deployment strategies and processes to optimize efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in disaster management
  • Experience with the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes
  • Experience with technical support and software/ mobile applications
  • Knowledge of technical installation processes and requirements
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Travel for on-site work in Tallahassee, FL
