Application Tester

Join GetResponse as an Application Tester and contribute to the quality and reliability of our industry-leading email marketing and marketing automation software. You will collaborate with a team of Product Owners, Developers, and fellow Testers in a dynamic and remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities include designing and executing manual and automated tests, analyzing test results, identifying defects, and reporting findings. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in automated testing, proficiency in Java and Selenium, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing automated tests, with a strong understanding of software testing methods
• Proficiency in Java and browser automation using Selenium
• Knowledge of Git
• Good insight into web technologies
• Experience in designing test scenarios for web-based applications
• Accuracy, inquisitiveness and patience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Attention to detail and a critical approach
• Proficiency in both English (at least B2 level) and Polish

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand test requirements, design test cases, and develop comprehensive test scenarios
• Execute manual and automated tests, utilizing tools such as Selenium
• Analyze test outcomes, identify defects and inconsistencies
• Generate detailed reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Cooperate closely with Product Owners, Developers and other Testers to ensure alignment on testing objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Appium for mobile application testing
• Knowledge of an automation library for browser testing, such as Playwright
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
