Summary

The job is for an Appointment Setter as an independent contractor, who will make outbound calls to engage prospects and secure appointments. The role requires strong business acumen, experience in selling digital services, excellent communication skills, proven experience as an appointment setter, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and familiarity with CRM systems and online appointment booking software.

Requirements

• Candidates must demonstrate strong business acumen
• Experience with selling digital services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc
• Proven experience as an appointment setter for high-ticket services, with a track record of successfully booking appointments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone
• Persuasive and confident phone manner to effectively present our clients' offerings
• Strong organizational skills to manage call records, appointments, and follow-ups
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve appointment booking targets with qualified prospects

Responsibilities

• Utilize our provided list and data to make outbound calls and engage our database of prospects
• Ask questions to qualify the prospects for our products or services
• Book appointments and schedule meetings using our online appointment booking system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and outcomes
• Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment attendance and provide any necessary information or reminders
• Collaborate with our internal team to optimize calling scripts and strategies for maximum appointment conversions
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment booking targets

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems and online appointment booking software is a plus
