Summary

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an appointment setter or a similar role within a sales environment
  • Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (Pacific Standard Time)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate
  • Strong listening skills and ability to follow a structured process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets
  • Demonstrates a capacity for innovation and creative thinking beyond conventional approaches

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls and emails and conduct outbound appointment settings via phone
  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other forms of communication
  • Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
  • Properly explain the products and services to prospective clients when making appointments
  • Use effective communication and persuasive techniques to overcome objections, close deals, and meet appointment targets
  • Maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients

Preferred Qualifications

Having Salesforce (CRM) experience is a plus
