Summary

The job is a remote Appointment Setter position with Chat Assassins, offering sales training, mentorship, and commission-based earnings. Requirements include full availability during specified hours, at least 6 months of proven experience in cold calling or similar roles, excellent communication skills, C1-C2 English proficiency, a computer with specific operating systems, and certain personal qualities.

Requirements

• Full availability to work under the following schedule:. 5 P.M EST - 1 A.M EST
• Proven experience of at least 6mo in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• C1-C2 English (Spoken near-native or native)
• Computer with Windows 8 or newer or Mac OS 2015 or newer
• Full-Time Availability
• Have these qualities: Persistent and results-oriented
• Creative and organized so you can be efficient, effective, and collaborative
• The ability to self-manage (we are not looking to micro-manage)
• Must have a positive, teamwork type of attitude, a real “people person
• Must be able to take initiative and run with it and be “open-minded and teachable

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects through cold calling/emailing, talking, and messaging
• Set appointments for leads to talk to an Account Expert
• Chat with leads via SMS and email to follow up, close deals, and set appointments
• Provide customers with exceptional customer service
• Answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
• Successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team as well and input ideas

• Excellent Performance Level: $2,500-$3,000+/month
