Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing teams and delivering successful projects
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development using languages and frameworks such as Java, Flutter, Kotlin, and Swift , as well as experience in infrastructure management or other related technical fields
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for supervising the technical performance of a group of apps projects of different industries
• Lead and manage multiple teams of tech professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve the project's goals
• Act as a technical expert, providing oversight and guidance on projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient project delivery
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive technological advancements
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and developments, recommending innovative solutions to improve processes and procedures
• Establish performance standards and KPIs to ensure good monitoring of the team
• Provide support and guidance to those responsible for different tech teams on team management, leadership styles and coaching
• Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution
