Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Licensed Architect
• Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, technical standards, and industry practices
• Experience utilizing various software, with a strong emphasis on Revit
• Experience in conducting interviews or assessing technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and evaluate candidates effectively
• Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews for Architects based in Philippines
• Evaluate candidate portfolios, work samples, and technical proficiency
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and key evaluation criteria
• Assess candidates’ skills, expertise, and alignment with project goals and company culture
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates
• Stay updated on architectural trends and industry standards to ensure relevant evaluations
