• Registered Architect
• 5+ years of architectural experience
• Strong background in multifamily projects in New York City is a must
• Expertise in Revit
• Experience producing CD sets independently
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality work in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Leading the charge on multifamily residential projects in NYC
• Creating high-quality Construction Document (CD) sets that are clean, and compliant
• Collaborating with a talented team while working 100% remotely
• Managing design and documentation through Revit software
• Navigating NYC building codes and zoning with ease
