Requirements

• Security-cleared Professional
• At least 7 years of experience on active construction sites
• Experience using software like AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of tracking progress on construction by utilizing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and project plans
• Detail Oriented
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of a typical construction project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Personal Identification Verification (PIV) badge
• Active ProjNet account and knowledge of DR Checks and the OBO IDR Review Process
