Summary
Join StackAdapt's growing SaaS Business Applications team as an Integration/Solution Architect. You will design and implement scalable integrations connecting StackAdapt's SaaS business systems, ensuring data integrity and security. This leadership role involves mentoring a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated on emerging technologies. You will leverage your expertise in SaaS systems architecture and integration to standardize across a unified integration platform. The position is remote-first, open to candidates in the US or Canada. StackAdapt offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience (8+ years) in designing and implementing complex integration solutions
- In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, ETL processes)
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and microservices architecture
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with core SaaS platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, etc
- Experience in middleware solutions (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft)
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and configuration details
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive and be nimble in a dynamic and fast-paced, fully-remote high-growth environment
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment

- Confident facilitation skills that foster collaboration, unify stakeholders, and advocate for positive change
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and architectural leadership for a suite of SaaS business applications, ensuring composite architecture is scalable, reliable, available and manageable
- Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, People) into a comprehensive applications footprint and strategy
- Understanding business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value
- Design and architect end-to-end integrated SaaS solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Capture architectural decisions based on clear cost/benefit analyses for inclusion into a roadmap for integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business and IT strategies
- Define technical evaluation criteria in the selection of new SaaS and integration technologies that result in a coherent systems design
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, administrators, and other support resources, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Lead technical design sessions and create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines
- Provide best practice guidance and optimization opportunities for integration design, development, and testing
- Collaborate with fellow Corp IT & Operations teams, including application developers, Enterprise Data Office, PMO, and IT Service Desk to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects and enhancements
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party solutions seamlessly
- Establish and enforce integration development standards, ensuring the reliability and performance of integrated solutions
