Summary
Join E2open as an Area Sales Director and drive the expansion of our presence in the manufacturing and distribution industries. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new manufacturing clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering compelling sales presentations to senior executives. This role requires proven SaaS sales success, negotiation expertise, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate with internal teams and leverage your leadership skills to ensure client success. Requirements
- Proven SaaS Sales Success: A track record of closing new logo deals in a SaaS environment, ideally in the supply chain management domain
- Negotiation Expertise: Experience in creating proposals, negotiating, and closing high-value contracts with senior-level executives
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence at the C-suite level
- Creative Problem Solving: An out-of-the-box thinker who excels at finding innovative solutions to complex client challenges
- Leadership with Empathy: Youβre a leader who puts clients first, ready to step in and offer support when needed to ensure their success
- Self-Motivated & Collaborative: While you thrive independently, you know how to work with cross-functional teams to achieve your sales goals
Responsibilities
- Targeting New Logos: Identify and engage new manufacturing clients, uncovering pain points and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends by attending key industry events and cultivating new business leads
- Client Engagement: Deliver compelling sales presentations to senior executives, showcasing how E2open can revolutionize their supply chain management
- Negotiation & Closing: Leverage your strong negotiation and closing skills to seal the deal with new customers
- Accountability & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, monitor sales activities, and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met
