Summary

Fotona is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with 2-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in the dental or capital equipment industries, to prospect for new customers in South Texas. The role involves managing high-volume cold calls, identifying decision-makers, performing product demonstrations, and studying Fotona products regularly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales and marketing strategies and principles
  • Excellent phone, email, and in-person sales and communication skills
  • Basic Office Suite and computer/internet skills for efficient documentation, communication, and research
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
  • Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotona’s growing customer base
  • Manage high-volume cold calls to dental practices
  • Identify decision-makers and evaluate buying process
  • Determine prospects' business needs and goals to identify solutions
  • Perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows
  • Build strong networks within the organization, the defined territory, and the dental industry
  • Collect, record, and diligently track all prospects, leads, and activities using CRM
  • Manage warm marketing lists to uncover qualified sales opportunities
  • Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona, LLC
  • Demonstrate consistently strong communication skills and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Dental, Capital Equipment, and Durable Medical Equipment Sales experience preferred
