Summary

Join CPM's expanding team as an Area Sales Manager, managing a team of tactical agents and working with leading FMCG brands. Requirements

  • Have experience in remotely managing a large team of short-term/flexible workers to succeed as a team and deliver against key performance and compliance targets
  • Have demonstrated ability to use your initiative to shape your team’s strategy to continuously improve & innovate to deliver the best results
  • Have a passion for nurturing and developing your team
  • Be unfazed by difficult situations or the need to face into challenging conversations
  • Be open to coaching and training, you might have years of management experience, but to develop you’ll need to be open to learning and applying new or different techniques
  • Build strong, long-lasting relations with your team and wider stakeholders within the business
  • Be a strong communicator and have excellent organisation and planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure your team is delivering against all KPIs for the multiple campaigns running at any given time
  • Ensure you have enough resource to deliver each campaign, supporting the recruitment team with local recruitment
  • Coach and develop your team via field accompaniments, providing support and guidance to improve performance
  • Build and retain a trusted bank of temporary workers within your region who you can rely on, giving you access to flexible resource to manage any sickness and holidays
  • Build great working relationships across the wider team including Client Service, Operations, HR and any other appropriate support departments
  • Constantly look at how things can be improved to drive efficiencies

Benefits

  • οΏ½οΏ½30k per annum+ company car +10% bonus
  • 5 days a week, days to be worked between Monday -Saturday, hours to be worked between 8am and 8pm (some weekend working is expected you will receive days off in lieu when this happens)
