  • Have experience in external sales
  • Live on patch (Kent) and have a UK driving licence and own your own car
  • Have experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop value-added presentations

Responsibilities

  • Sell solutions and add value utilizing innovative products
  • Ensure existing relationships are nurtured and develop new business opportunities
  • Proactively identify, influence, and deliver a strong pipeline of projects with specifiers and contractors
  • Negotiate, develop, and implement specific business plans to achieve regional sales targets
  • Promote early pre-tender engagement
  • Prepare and present project-related value propositions and solutions
  • Attend regular meetings across your region
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts to support planning
