Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma
• Solid understanding of how design impacts engagement, conversions, and brand storytelling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment while delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, ads, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Lead creative development while maintaining brand consistency and design standards
• Work closely with the Creative Director and copywriter to bring campaigns to life with cohesive storytelling
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the graphic designer, ensuring growth and skill development
• Oversee design execution and approvals, ensuring assets align with brand objectives and marketing goals
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy with execution
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
