Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Fine Arts/Graphic Design degree
  • Minimum of 6 years' work experience
  • A portfolio that showcases strong design, typography, and production capabilities
  • Background in both photo and video shoots
  • Ability to articulate design choices to fellow designers, account team members, & clients
  • Strong understanding & experience of the creative process: from kick-off to completion
  • Stay current on art trends, social media visual guidelines and specs, digital design, etc
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management in a fast paced working environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
  • Proficient in Google Apps Suite
  • An understanding and general knowledge of different types of creative mediums (illustration, animation, photo editing, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Own the visual development and execution of all creative work
  • Collaborate with Copywriter to concept, develop, and execute creative of 360 campaigns & initiatives
  • Develop, evolve, and/or maintain brand visual identities across multiple clients & channels in tandem with Creative Director, Account Teams, and other partners
  • Ensure clients' messaging and images are conveyed in a brand-appropriate manner, crafting complex graphics, vector illustrations, and design solutions
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback from creative leads
  • Collaborate and partner with Copywriter & other team members to ensure work is always on brief and on brand
  • Contribute to the development of creative strategy and insights via research
  • Ability to synthesize creative insights and concepts based on research
  • Concept and execute creative deck design
  • Concept, layout, and design social media, digital, and print/experiential assets utilizing typography and photo editing
  • Perform light video editing and animation design for social content
  • Develop moodboards, style guides, concepts, and look/feel for campaigns
  • Attend photo and video shoots, helping with overall success of the production
  • Contribute to new business development and pitches
