Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Extensive experience of agency or in-house design experience (healthcare/medical preferred)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint, and other key design tools
- Strong understanding of branding, digital media, UX principles, and production workflows
- Proven ability to mentor junior talent and lead by example
- Sharp attention to detail, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Passion for translating science into standout visual stories
Responsibilities
- Lead bold, strategic creative across digital, print, video, and multimedia platforms
- Translate complex scientific and medical content into visually arresting, audience-ready creative
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, medical scientific strategist, engagement experts, account teams, and clients to bring big ideas to life
- Inspire and mentor junior creatives, helping to grow a high-performing, innovative art team
- Stay on the pulse of digital design, motion graphics, and emerging tech, bringing fresh thinking to every project
- Present ideas with clarity and conviction to clients, offering visual direction that aligns with brand strategy
- Manage timelines, and production details to deliver on time and on brand
- Contribute to an agency culture of curiosity, collaboration, and creativity
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus points for proficiency in After Effects, motion graphics, and video editing
