Assistance Team Specialist

Summary

Everbridge is seeking a remote Assistance Team Specialist Doctor to deliver essential medical assistance services to corporate clients. The doctor will provide comprehensive medical case management remotely, manage emergency medicine cases, contribute to service enhancement, and participate in Clinical Governance activities. They must have at least 5 years of experience in telemedicine and telehealth, preferably in emergency medicine or related fields.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telemedicine and telehealth, with a focus on delivering remote medical consultations
• In-depth knowledge of global travel health to support ongoing learning initiatives within the clinical team
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical case management and expert advice remotely via telephone, secure electronic platforms, and written communication
• Conduct thorough assessments of both medical and logistical aspects of extractions, evacuations, and repatriations
• Offer remote oversight and support to the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of our services and products relevant to medical assistance
• Participate in Clinical Governance activities aimed at maintaining and elevating quality standards
• Assist the sales department by preparing responses for tenders and client presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in emergency medicine, anesthesia, surgery, occupational health, prehospital, or military medicine
• Proven experience in managing emergency medicine cases, including proficiency in medical logistics and administration
• Experience in corporate medicine, particularly in providing remote medical solutions to corporate clients
