Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience, Masterโ€™s degree preferred
  • 8+ of years of experience in successfully leading a sales team in a SaaS company
  • Experience with SaaS EMR products; relevant medical sales experience a plus
  • Previous experience working in a high growth technology industry a plus
  • Previous success in a senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a group of regional sales managers to achieve their bookings goals through coaching and mentorship
  • Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
  • Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives
  • Monitor competitors' offerings, and products, including relevant sales and marketing data
