Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience, Masterโs degree preferred
- 8+ of years of experience in successfully leading a sales team in a SaaS company
- Experience with SaaS EMR products; relevant medical sales experience a plus
- Previous experience working in a high growth technology industry a plus
- Previous success in a senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a group of regional sales managers to achieve their bookings goals through coaching and mentorship
- Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
- Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives
- Monitor competitors' offerings, and products, including relevant sales and marketing data
