Summary
Join Unlock Health's client experience team as an Associate Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction. You will manage various aspects of client projects, from meeting coordination and brand awareness to creative production and media planning. This role demands excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively. You will support project managers, work with internal and external teams, and contribute to agency administration. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in a related field, up to two years of relevant experience (with advertising agency experience preferred), and a passion for client experience. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Have up to 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for scheduling, communicating with attendees, preparing agendas/status documents, and developing meeting recaps & next steps for internal and external meetings
- Keep the pulse on client news, market updates and competitive activity. Share this information with internal agency teams as needed to inform strategies and creative work
- Support project manager in internal coordination and communication with project team to effectively manage project timelines
- Assist in managing production needs, crafting guidelines (e.g., wardrobe specs, Terms of Use documentation), proofreading creative assets and archival of all final creative files on shared server
- Work directly with Account Manager and Media Team on traditional and digital media planning, execution and trafficking
- Maintain intimate knowledge of all media plans and anticipate the implications to any revisions made to media plans
- Assist Digital Team with campaign set-up, assist with Q/A process, learn and understand digital metrics & KPIs, and assist with reviewing analytics reports
- Assist with budget planning, billing, invoicing and reconciliation
- Support team in flagging potential budget implications or concerns as they arise
- Manage elements of agency administration related to client maintenance and engagement
- Actively participate in learning opportunities provided and assist with and play an active role in our agency culture & community in support of our mission
Preferred Qualifications
- Have 1-2 years of advertising agency experience
- Try new things, research, crave knowledge, love learning, and be a creative problem-solver
- Enjoy creating opportunities for team building and agency connectivity
- Be excited and passionate to learn the client experience role and support the team
