Summary

The job is for an Assistant Accountant in Infopro Digital Group's Automotive division. The role involves management accounts preparation, balance sheet responsibilities, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities

• Work with AUKUS Management Accountant on month-end & report production
• Assistance with preparation of monthly management accounts
• Monthly sales reporting and sales deferral calculations within group deadlines
• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts for specific UK entities
• Maintenance and development of Sales Forecast model
• Assisting with preparation of budgets and forecasts for AUKUS entities
• Inter Company Reconciliation of month end balances and monthly invoices
• Bad Debt Review
• Providing cover for credit controller as required, including preparation of Direct Debit collections
• Support to Accounts Receivables and Payables functions as required
• Responding to queries and requests for information from external auditors
• Ad hoc tasks as required
