Requirements

• 2+ years of experience writing beauty-specific content for a digital publication
• Ability to envision and execute beautifully-packaged features
• Creativity and ability to make data-informed decisions
• Success at collaborating with multiple teams across business categories, including distribution, art, sales, and data teams
• General working knowledge of affiliate marketing, HTML, CMS, and SEO tools—easily able to study and track analytics to improve performance
• Comfort interviewing celebrities or experts for beauty features or interview pieces
• Awareness of the latest trends and buzzy topics within the beauty space—has an excitement to create content for Instagram, TikTok, and WWW’s other social platforms

Responsibilities

• Pitch, write, and build daily beauty articles for WhoWhatWear.com spanning in-depth product reviews, sale roundups, SEO content, celebrity interview features, trending beauty stories, and more
• Work with the beauty team on editorial tentpoles, features, and franchises that build on Who What Wear’s brand equity and maintain existing franchises
• Generate innovative content ideas that delight readers and drive results for WWW
