Summary

You will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and optimizing accounting processes. Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business
- Knowledge of SaaS financial metrics, GAAP, and ASC 606
- Bachelorβs degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Multi entity and consolidation, foreign currency, and transfer pricing experience
- Passionate about building scalable and repeatable processes and systems
- Excellent data skills, including Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership: you have managed successful teams
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the global month-end and year-end closing process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), and other applicable accounting standards
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Maintain and improve financial controls and accounting policies
- Support the preparation of financial statements, investor reports, and board presentations
- Assist with revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and subscription-based accounting
- Work closely with the billing and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by providing accurate financial data and insights
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial workflows and reporting accuracy
- Assist with preparation and coordination of audit documentation for external auditors
- Assist with the implementation of internal controls and risk management processes
- Other duties as assigned
