The role involves working on client and internal projects, occasionally supporting business operations. Responsibilities include turning requirements into structured tasks, coordinating with teams, maintaining documentation, and handling project hygiene. You will also help prepare timelines and plans, and participate in team rituals. The ideal candidate possesses great communication and documentation skills, is organized and proactive, and has familiarity with project management tools.

Requirements

• Great written communication and documentation skills
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets
• Clarity of thought — you should be able to break a vague idea into 3–4 clear steps
• Interest in tech and digital products
• 1–3 years in project coordination, ops, or junior PM roles
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, structured environment

Responsibilities

• Turn requirements into structured, dev-ready tasks on ClickUp
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and leadership to ensure tasks are progressing
• Maintain documentation and ensure timelines are updated regularly
• Join internal and client calls, take clear notes, and follow up on action items
• Handle project hygiene: status updates, backlog grooming, testing coordination, etc
• Help prepare timelines, delivery checklists, and sprint plans
• Jump in where needed — whether it’s documenting a feature, preparing a client update, or helping track UAT issues
• Participate in team rituals like sprint reviews, retros, and demos
