Associate Account Executive

Summary

Join Perforce's Delphix sales team as an Associate Account Executive supporting West Coast sales. This entry-level position provides foundational sales training and experience. You will assist with customer acquisition and retention, administrative tasks, data entry, and sales reporting. Collaboration with team members and adherence to sales regulations are key. The role offers a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 plus a sales commission plan.

Requirements

• Ideal candidate will reside on the west coast, other western locations will be considered
• Basic understanding of CRM software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Excellent organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for sales and customer service
• 0-2 years of experience in Sales or a related field

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic customer acquisition and retention activities
• Learn and apply foundational sales principles and methodologies
• Support the sales team in administrative tasks and data entry
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
• Help maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with sales regulations
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
• May be required to support additional products/brands as required

Benefits

• $65,000 - $130,000 a year
• The base pay range targeted for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 USD
• This position will be eligible for a Sales Commission Plan
