Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in event management and/or operations, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events (meetings, conferences, workshops, company functions)
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for effective event logistics management
- Develop event timelines, checklists, and schedules for smooth event operations
- Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and tear-down activities
- Manage attendee communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up correspondence
- Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient office and event venue functioning
- Manage inventory of event-related materials and office supplies
- Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and documentation
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence
- Liaise with facilities management to maintain event venues
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to event operations and office management
