Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in event management and/or operations, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events (meetings, conferences, workshops, company functions)
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for effective event logistics management
  • Develop event timelines, checklists, and schedules for smooth event operations
  • Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and tear-down activities
  • Manage attendee communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up correspondence
  • Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient office and event venue functioning
  • Manage inventory of event-related materials and office supplies
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Liaise with facilities management to maintain event venues
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks related to event operations and office management
