Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably including RFP writing for institutional investment management firms
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high quality requests for proposals and information (RFPs/RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) across CIMβs real estate, infrastructure and credit strategies
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts throughout the firm including Portfolio Oversight, Compliance, ESG, Legal, Finance, Operations, HR, Strategic Marketing, Consultant Relations and the Sales team members to ensure relevance and accuracy of information
- Follow RFP process guidelines and effectively create and manage all production timelines, while meeting internal and external expectations and deadlines
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and developing content by collaborating with other departments to improve the efficiency and enhance the organizationβs use of Qvidian (content management database)
- Collaborate with Strategic Marketing on creating corporate-level content for internal and external use
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of key quantitative metrics related to the real asset investment management industry and a general working knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred
