Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google products
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, leadership and providers
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual with ability to adapt to various workspaces and work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Credentialing our fast-growing provider network
• Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues on processes and policies to optimize workflows
• Work closely with Empassion customers to drive partnership success and patient impact
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement
