Summary

Join Delivery Associates and work on impactful projects addressing societal challenges in climate, justice, equity, education, healthcare, and more. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in coordinating teams, tracking project impact, and assisting partners in designing and executing major programs. You will utilize the Deliverology method to solve problems and deliver results. The role involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders in the public and social sectors. We seek analytical, driven, curious, collaborative, and resilient individuals with relevant experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent requisite experiences
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant, full time work experience in government, consulting, public policy, project management and/or impact measurement
• Business level proficiency in English
• Familiarity working in the standard business suite (analyzing data in spreadsheets, creating presentations, etc)
• Must be based in and have work authorization in the United States
• Remote, with willingness to travel up to 25-40% and be accessible to an airport
• A positive and solutions-oriented outlook on the potential for governments to deliver meaningful results for residents

Responsibilities

• Keep our teams coordinated and on track
• Help our clients measure and track the impact of their work
• Help our partners and funders design and execute major programs
• Learn and implement the Deliverology methodology
• Build relationships and cultivate trust and influence among diverse stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboratives and run effective meetings and workshops that drive forward problem solving and consensus
• Manage projects and organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient project execution
• Solve problems and break down issues to identify root causes and develop solutions
• Communicate insights and transform complex challenges and resolutions into clear, concise memos and well-structured presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management, particularly on multi-stakeholder projects
• Interest and experience in using data to track impact, as well as building capacity in others to use data
• 1-2 years experience in a data-driven position using evidence and analysis to help governments or programs make sound decisions and/or 1-2 years experience working directly with multiple governments or departments in a public sector or public sector-adjacent position gaining insights into different delivery approaches
