Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university or college
• 2-4 years full-time work experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic consulting, wealth management or corporate M&A
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and confidence to take initiative
• Competency in financial statement analysis and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in every step of the M&A deal process from proposal to close
• Help maintain teamwide and firmwide M&A pipelines for various stakeholders across the firm
• Review Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) for investment banker-led processes to assess fit and coordinate NDAs / management meetings with investment bankers
• Financial due diligence and P&L scoping for prospective deals (for both internal and external firms)
• Structuring and modeling deal terms
• Preparing and presenting Investment Committee (IC) memorandums to the IC committee
• Preparing and presenting term sheets to prospects
• Assisting senior team members throughout the deal process, gaining cross-functional exposure to legal, finance, and other teams
