HPS Investment Partners is recruiting an Associate for its GP-LP Solutions team in London. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in top-tier investment banking, consulting, or investments, demonstrates excellent modeling skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in top tier investment banking, consulting, and/or investment background
• Passionate about investing and eager to learn
• Excellent modeling and spreadsheet skills, as well as quantitative ability
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player
• Strong work ethic, proactive and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Developing financial models
• Conducting detailed business due diligence and evaluating deal opportunities
• Preparing and presenting materials for discussion with the investment committee
• Interacting with management teams and key stakeholders
• Conducting detailed valuation analysis
• Monitoring investments and sector trends
