Summary

The job is for a Corporate Finance position in ICONIQ Capital's team, supporting all businesses across the firm and engaging with various teams within the organization. Key responsibilities include producing financial reports, updating forecasts, leading annual budgeting, performing analyses, and managing decision support projects. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Consulting, Fund Accounting, or similar roles, advanced Excel skills, and a desire to build out the FP&A function in a fast-growing organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Consulting, Fund Accounting, or similar role
  • Advanced Excel (comfortable with cleaning and manipulating large data sets, pivot tables, lookups, multiple nested if statements, charts, graphs, and financial modeling)
  • Experience with long-term planning models, coordinating across teams to align on short- and long-term assumptions, and allocating department costs across funds
  • Experience with margin and variance analyses, and proactive in investigating the β€˜why.’

Responsibilities

  • Own production of key financial reports on a monthly- and quarterly-basis
  • Update the Firm’s forecast on a monthly/quarterly basis understanding the key vendors and/or cost drivers for each group, combined with understanding actual expenses to date, in order to develop an accurate forecast
  • Help lead annual budget for ICONIQ like creating presentations for partners and senior management that introduces the budget and explains key drivers
  • Regularly perform analyses and/or create exhibits in response to one-off partner and senior management queries
  • Manage and execute one-off decision support projects to help guide strategy for the Firm
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Fund Accounting, Investment teams, Human Resources, Operations, Technology) to obtain up to date information for reports and ensure alignment on information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desire to help build out FP&A function in a fast growing and dynamic organization
  • FP&A experience at a global investment company strongly preferred
