Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify prospective customers leveraging business directories, industry events, and community engagement
  • Educate customers on the value proposition and benefits of our solutions
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies to promote our services and product offerings
  • Participate in customer calls to understand needs and build relationships
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in partnership with Account Executives to increase funnel conversion rates and generate high-quality leads
  • Drive sales growth and account management within assigned territory
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on all things ServiceRocket–products and services
