Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in management consulting or a similar role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong organizational and writing skills and a track record of managing complex projects with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and an ability to distill complex information
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act with urgency
- Proficiency in creating polished presentations and a high degree of comfort with internal communication platforms (e.g., Slack, intranets)
- The ability to flex between high-level strategy and hands-on execution with a collaborative, can-do attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and distribution of company-wide communications, including leadership updates, company news, and executive messages, ensuring a clear and compelling voice
- Oversee all-hands meetings, company offsites, and other large-scale internal presentations, from content development and deck creation to logistics and follow-up
- Manage the "drumbeat" of key organizational announcements, using various channels to ensure employees are consistently informed
- Manage and maintain the company's internal intranet platform, ensuring content is up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligned with company priorities
- Audit, clean up, and reorganize existing internal documentation to keep information relevant, accurate, and easy to find
- Design and implement governance policies for internal documentation, establishing best practices for content creation, organization, and retirement
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff, helping to prioritize a wide range of projects and manage competing demands
- Support high-priority strategic and operational projects, which may include conducting research, preparing reports, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Assist in the preparation of materials for key stakeholders, such as board presentations and executive-level strategy sessions
- Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO and Chief of Staff on projects that are critical to the executive agenda
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with executive teams or senior leadership is a plus
