Associate Business Analyst

Summary

You will be responsible for analyzing healthcare regulations, gathering and documenting requirements, creating compliance documentation, defining user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with regulatory experts, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure that Paragon meets all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or other equivalent years of training and industry experience
• 2-4 years relevant work experience
• A strong desire to own, lead, and manage projects and activities
• Possible, may require travel for business needs < 5%
• Remote Canadian role

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret healthcare regulations, to understand their implications on software systems and business processes
• Collaborate with regulatory experts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather, document, and analyze requirements for regulatory compliance and system functionality
• This includes capturing both functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and maintain regulatory documentation, including compliance matrices, regulatory impact assessments, and requirement traceability matrices, to ensure alignment with applicable regulations and standards
• Translate regulatory requirements and business needs into clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that user stories are understood and implemented correctly
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, leading the facilitation of engagement regarding regulatory compliance initiatives and project progress
• Work closely with QA teams to define test cases and scenarios for regulatory testing
• Ensure Paragon meets regulatory requirements through comprehensive testing and validation processes
• Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders on regulatory requirements, compliance best practices, and the importance of regulatory adherence

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
• 2+ years practical experience in regulatory related work, processes preferred

Salary Range $50,000 — $60,000 CAD
