Associate Business Intelligence Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles, preferably through internships or academic projects
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or another data visualization tool
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and techniques

Responsibilities

• Data Gathering and Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to user behavior, game performance, marketing campaigns, and financial metrics to identify trends and patterns
• Reporting and Visualization: Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that communicate key performance metrics to various stakeholders
• Data Cleansing and Validation: Help ensure data accuracy and reliability by performing data validation, cleansing, and conducting regular data quality checks
• Market Research: Support market research efforts by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute to business strategies and growth opportunities
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data requests from different teams within the organization and assist in providing timely data-driven insights
• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, user acquisition efforts, and product enhancements to evaluate their impact on user behavior and business outcomes
• Collaborative Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and finance, to provide analytical support and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion for sports and an understanding of daily fantasy sports, including its rules, scoring systems, and player dynamics
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Business Intelligence field
