Requirements
- In depth experience as a career coach with a track record in coaching professionals at all levels
- Extensive experience in delivery of innovative, engaging career development models and frameworks
- Experience of coaching professionals to advance their careers in the digital skills industry. Recruitment/outplacement experience highly desirable
- Skilled in managing confidential sensitive information and personal data
- Strong collaborator with proven ability to quickly build rapport, and ability to build and develop strong coaching partnerships with clients
- Able to work flexibly to deliver coaching remotely with clients in locations worldwide
- Empathic, curious and motivational in supporting clients to have a exceptional experience of career transition
- Recognised ICF (ACC plus preferred) or EMCC accredited coaching qualification is required
- Demonstrable commitment to regular coach supervision and CPD
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative, engaging career coaching sessions
- One to one coaching on individual career planning, career development and job search
- Group coaching on skills development, career and personal development
- Team coaching on developing effective and cohesive team working
- Encourage and motivate learners to progress their career development plan
- Deliver live coaching sessions across global time zones
- Network within industry, recruitment and employer partners to enable learner employment opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Qualification in or previous experience of administering and coaching on psychometric tools is highly desirable
