Summary

Join our team as a Night Shift Associate at Third Bridge, where you'll target, source, and screen industry specialists to connect them with clients. As a client-focused company, your work will drive business decisions. This sales-oriented role involves connecting experts via cold calls/texts/emails, persuading them to commit to speaking with clients. You'll spend most of your time on this task, working remotely with night shift timings (5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST). After an initial training phase in the office for 1-2 months, you'll transition to remote work.

• Motivated by results: The work is fast-paced – you will be working on multiple requests each day, with tight timelines and high standards so you’ll need to organise your time well, have great attention to detail and adhere to our compliance framework

Responsibilities

• Make calls to relevant experts based in Europe and Americas to explain the opportunity and persuade them to take part in a consultation with our client
• Negotiate terms for, and setting up, the consultation - scheduling, contracts, compliance requirements
• Building, developing and strengthening relationships with existing Third Bridge industry contacts and building new relationships with experts you have identified
