Summary

Join Storable as an Associate Client Success Manager (CSM) in the Storage Division and proactively drive client engagement, business growth, and retention. Leverage your self-storage and SaaS expertise to build strategic partnerships, mitigate churn, and maximize client lifetime value. Ensure clients achieve measurable success with Storable's solutions, leading to higher adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty. Own client relationships, identify growth opportunities, conduct business reviews, analyze client trends, provide industry insights, advocate for clients, develop client success plans, utilize CRM and client success tools, collaborate with internal teams, and proactively escalate at-risk accounts. This role requires strong relationship management, experience with client success platforms and CRM tools, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of SaaS implementations in self-storage. Requirements

  • Strong relationship management skills, focusing on proactive engagement and client growth
  • Experience with Client Success platforms (e.g., Vitally, Gong) and CRM tools for tracking customer health and engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead data-driven discussions on performance and business value
  • Ability to identify and address operational challenges in self-storage through Storable’s product solutions
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to assess risks and develop proactive solutions
  • Understanding of SaaS implementations and their impact on operational efficiency in self-storage businesses
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-ups
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships within the self-storage industry, acting as a strategic advisor to drive adoption and expansion
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts, recommending upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on business goals
  • Conduct Business Reviews to reinforce the ROI of Storable’s solutions, showcase measurable client success, and align on future strategies
  • Analyze client usage trends and key metrics to predict churn risks, develop targeted engagement plans, and intervene before issues escalate
  • Provide industry insights and best practices to help clients optimize operations using Storable’s technology
  • Advocate for clients, relaying feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute client success plans to maximize product value and ensure long-term business objectives are met
  • Utilize CRM and Client Success tools (e.g., Vitally, Gong) to track engagement, account health, and retention metrics
  • Collaborate across internal teams to streamline communication and enhance the client experience
  • Proactively escalate at-risk accounts, implementing retention strategies to reinforce client satisfaction and loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role in the storage or SaaS industries
  • Experience in consultative selling, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to analyze client data and present insights that drive business decisions and retention strategies
  • Experience in project management, especially for client success initiatives
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed
