Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and team player skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, organize and update tracking of all digital communications
  • Develop a detailed project plan and maintain a project management system that tracks progress, identifies risks, and ensures that all stakeholders are informed
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents regarding analyzed success metrics for digital communications
  • Provide oversight for all digital communications campaigns and programs for the Patient Experience team
  • Author and update standard operating procedures associated with the digital communications process
  • Work with leadership to provide support and troubleshooting as needed
  • Establish ongoing working and collaborative relationships with other departments, outside vendors and call centers that directly impact the overall patient experience
  • Continuously seek new and creative technologies and implement procedures that help identify and guide improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
