Join Avalere Health as an Associate Creative Director, Art, and be responsible for conceiving and designing integrated digital advertising campaigns. You will manage the creative process, ensuring all work aligns with strategic and creative goals. This role requires developing creative, strategic ideas to solve client marketing challenges, supporting the creative design team, and working with the Chief Creative Officer and brand teams. You will manage budgets, hours, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong collaboration with other agency areas is essential, as is leading client relationships and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelorโs Degree, 7+ years of experience in creative agency management, pharmaceutical/medical device experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts or equivalent area of study
- Minimum 7 years of creative/creative agency management experience
- Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality
- Must be self-motivated, professional, detail oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding creative presentation skills
- Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
- Advanced PC or Mac experience with all Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, Sketch
Responsibilities
- Develops creative, strategic ideas that solve specific client marketing challenges
- Supports leadership of creative design team. Allocates appropriate personnel and outsource freelancers, as appropriate, for creative assignments
- Works with Chief Creative Officer and brand teams to ensure art aligns with client strategy
- Maintains budget, manages hours, and works with Project Management on resource allocation
- Develops creative, strategic ideas that solve specific client marketing challenges
- Ensures on-brand design and accurate content that aligns with the overall strategy
- Ensures all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitors overall quality of agency creative output and provides direction and leadership
- Fosters positive relationships between creative and other agency functional areas. Encourages strong collaborative relationships with account management and other areas
- Will execute initial concepts through to final completion
- Drives team to meet deadlines and work within timelines of the art team, and ensure team stays within client budget and hours
- Defines the project strategy and translates the strategy to the development of creative concepts
- Leads and manages the day-to-day client relationships, budget, schedules and project deliverables
- Leads creative in client meetings as requested
- Performs other duties as assigned
