Requirements
- 5+ years experience in content marketing, journalism, or related fields, within healthcare and technology industries
- 3+ years of social media experience, with deep knowledge of best practices and how to drive engagement
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Proven experience developing and executing b2b content strategies that drive engagement and business outcomes
- Experience with enterprise tools, including Google Suite, Asana, social media tools
Responsibilities
- Own and execute content strategy for our corporate website, blog, and social channels, focused on delivering relevant, engaging content to diverse audiences, including partners, employers, labor unions, Medicare Advantage plans, and individual users, with a goal of increasing content discovery (SEO), engagement, and demand generation
- Create content for buyer and partner audiences, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, social posts, testimonials, case studies, email campaigns, video scripts, and other innovative materials that amplify Hello Heartβs thought leadership in heart health and digital health innovation
- Collaborate with Design, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to produce tailored B2B and consumer-facing content that aligns with audience needs and stages of the buyer journey (top, middle, and bottom of the funnel)
- Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content across website, blog, social channels, and third-party platforms
- Drive social media strategies that generate buzz, demand, and follower growth, both internally and externally, while crafting posts that resonate with specific audience segments
- Leverage data and analytics to track performance across website traffic, blog subscriptions, social engagement, and amplification, optimizing content strategies to maximize results
- Flex your creative muscles to collaborate cross-functionally on brand and demand-generation campaigns, themed marketing initiatives, and other high-impact activities
- Assist in managing relationships with media to align with communication objectives and key goals, ensuring Hello Heart is positioned as a leader in the space
- Tailor and optimize content for SEO, while continuously refining strategies to improve visibility and performance metrics
Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000.00 to $115,000.00
