Associate Director

Summary

The Associate Director of Clinical Trial Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for various clinical trials to meet recruitment and enrollment goals. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional organization, project management skills, and proficiency in project management tools and software. The position is a remote role with less than 10% travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for clinical trial recruitment
• Lead collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with study goals and achieve enrollment goals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution
• Monitor and analyze recruitment performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve enrollment goals
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to optimize recruitment efforts
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• Proven track record on developing consumer facing campaigns
