Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for clinical trial recruitment
  • Lead Collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies clarification with study goals and achieve enrollment goals
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve enrollment goals
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to optimize recruitment efforts
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress
