Requirements

  • 8-10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in leading fast-moving implementation projects
  • Proven experience in managing implementation projects and delivering team outcomes
  • Metrics-driven decision-making, team management, strategic and analytical thinking, team engagement and performance management, performance monitoring and improvement, and talent acquisition and development
  • A technical background is essential, as Sprinto is primarily used by CTOs and CISOs

Responsibilities

  • Regional Leadership: Own a region and lead a team of 5-10 members, ensuring the successful completion of over 50 customer implementations each month
  • Metrics-Driven Management: Utilize OKRs to drive decision-making and manage team performance, ensuring that key metrics are consistently monitored and achieved
  • Process Execution and Improvement: Execute the playbook effectively while constantly seeking and implementing improvements to enhance team performance on key KPIs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional leaders to implement new and existing processes, ensuring alignment and effectiveness
  • Team Goal Achievement: Lead the team in reaching collective goals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with any sales or CSM tools is advantageous
