Summary

Join Telix Pharmaceuticals, a dynamic and fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company, as the Associate Director, Compliance - Americas. This critical role will oversee day-to-day compliance operations for the US, Canada, and LatAm markets, developing and implementing a metrics-driven ethics and compliance program to protect the organization from potential legal, regulatory, and reputational issues.

Responsibilities

• Providing input on company compliance strategy
• Strengthen and manage Telix’s US health care professional (HCP) compliance program
• Developing and overseeing controls and systems to prevent or address violations
• Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
• Drafting new policies and procedures, and periodically reviewing and revising existing ones to identify risks in a changing company
• Leading compliance risk assessments
• Oversee the Americas transparency reporting program including the US Sunshine Act/Open Payments and local and state reporting
• Designing and implementing processes or systems to monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Training employees to promote a culture of integrity within the organization
• Monitoring the Compliance hotline and leading investigations
• Developing strong trust with employees to support company culture of ethics and integrity but also to best ensure effective program implementation
• Leading global projects within the broader Legal, Compliance and IP Team as needed
