You will need a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in SAP sales, a strong U.S. customer network within the SAP ecosystem, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of SAP RISE, S/4HANA, and cloud transformation strategies is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, including more than 5 years specifically in SAP sales
- Strong, well-established customer network within the SAP and S/4HANA ecosystem in the U.S. market, with the ability to leverage these relationships to identify and close new opportunities
- Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, quotas, or revenue goals in previous roles, especially related to SAP solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, technical stakeholders, and business decision-makers
- In-depth knowledge of SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA offerings, including an understanding of cloud transformation strategies, business value propositions, and digital transformation journeys
- In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including key phases such as system conversion, new implementation, and selective data transition
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP RISE (S/4HANA) solutions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP RISE projects, leading full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Cultivate and expand strong, long-term relationships with clients and SAP ecosystem partners
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and customer success teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
- Track, analyze, and forecast sales performance, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives
Preferred Qualifications
A Masterโs degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
