Requirements

  • At least some experience as a second level engineering manager
  • At least 5 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
  • Track record of data fluency and objective measures of impact
  • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Track record of strong talent management and organizational health success

Responsibilities

  • Own development and delivery of specialty care product capabilities
  • Apply your engineering leadership experience to implement best practices
  • Improve engineering velocity and efficiency through investments in developer experience and talent growth
  • Provide directional leadership and oversight for strategic product initiatives
  • Manage a thriving team of Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers
  • Contribute to the Member Experience leadership team and overall product strategy
  • Prioritize and sponsor engineering initiatives
