Requirements
- Proven team leading/management experience, preferably within Data Operations or similar function
- An appreciation for data quality, attention to detail, and thoughtful documentation
- Experience working with structured data pipelines in a collaborative team-based environment using shared code, tools, and workflows
- Demonstrable experience using Python/SQL to manipulate and transform data
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team culture and shared goals
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and contribute to an open, supportive team culture
- An understanding of how your teamβs work supports broader business goals, and the ability to apply that perspective to your projects
Responsibilities
- Manage two teams that oversee the quality and integrity of our data throughout the pipeline
- Manage the team's efforts in processing data from various consumer surveys, ensuring its accuracy and loading it to our customer platform
- Drive improvements in tooling, documentation, and workflows while leading cross-team initiatives
- Report to senior leadership within the Data Org and collaborate closely with colleagues across Data & ML Automations, Research, Engineering, and Product to support the delivery of our core offerings
