Summary
Join Basis Vectors Capital as an Associate Marketing Director for a 6-month, 20-hour/week remote contract. You will lead and mentor a team of 15-20 marketing professionals, optimizing marketing efforts across multiple brands. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing data, collaborating with stakeholders, and reporting to senior management. This role requires extensive B2B marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and achieving measurable results
- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing channels (PPC, SEM, paid social) and B2B marketing levers (email, social media, content, SEO)
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant marketing technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various channels, including performance marketing (PPC, SEM, paid social), email marketing, SEO, and content marketing
- Oversee and mentor a team of 15-20 marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to optimize their performance and contribution
- Analyze marketing data, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with the CEO of Basis Vectors Capital and stakeholders within portfolio companies to understand their marketing needs and deliver exceptional results
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior management, providing regular updates on progress, results, and challenges. Proactively seek guidance and direction when needed
- Work effectively with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the B2B tech/SaaS industry
