Requirements

  • Performance Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of paid media (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing Expertise: 2+ years of experience in lead generation and nurturing, with a deep understanding of best practices for driving high conversion rates
  • Product Management Expertise: Proven success as a product manager, preferably in a SaaS or marketing technology company
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and measure product success
  • Leadership Abilities: Experience managing teams and scaling and optimizing operational processes
  • Customer-Obsessed: A passion for delivering value to customers and solving their problems through innovative solutions

Responsibilities

  • Productize the Paid Ads Offering: Develop a roadmap and lead the transition of our human-powered Paid Ads service into a scalable technology-driven product
  • Develop AI Lead Nurturing Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven lead nurturing tools that help clients convert leads into active buyers and sellers, enhancing their marketing ROI
  • Campaign Performance & Insights: Leverage your knowledge in performance marketing to set standards for paid ads campaign success and deliver insights that drive client value
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a small team of Paid Ads specialists, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality execution while scaling team processes
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to develop product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of performance marketing and lead generation and nurturing trends, identifying opportunities for automation and innovation to continuously improve our product offering

Preferred Qualifications

Real Estate Industry Knowledge (a plus): Familiarity with the residential real estate market is a bonus but not required
